What our customers say
Trusted by homeowners and businesses across Southwest Washington.
“Old HVAC died. Twin City replaced it. They went above and beyond in the removal of the old and installing the new. Price was fair. Great product! Great service! Thanks Twin City!”
“Had a guy named Alex come and fix my walk in and he was very knowledgeable and very polite. Super quick repair too, had a deer I needed to get in there ASAP before the meat spoiled and he made sure I had my meat for the winter!”
“We have had several HVAC companies come to repair our unit. Spent thousands of dollars to never solve the problem. Ken came and was able to actually fix it, first try. Highly recommend. Competitive prices, professional and quick service.”
“Of all the days for our heat pump to stop working it was the hottest day of the summer. I called around 4 pm and they had a tech out at 8:30 am the next day. It is now working and they have a new customer for our bi yearly maintenance appointments. They were fast and affordable and I am very thankful for the great customer service provided.”
“Had the guys from Twin City come out last winter when our old Traine all in one heat pump went out. Gave me my options on new units and some sound advice on repairs and maintenance. What I loved was I got zero pressure on buying new and no push back on fixing my old unit. The unit was new in 1994. Got a new fan, compressor and new coolant for an exceptionally reasonable price. They were in an out, professional and respectful.”
“I have a hard time understanding anything to do with my heating system. Thank goodness for Blake, he was such a knowledgeable tech and explained very patiently what he needed to do and why! Highly recommend this company and their outstanding techs!”
